While conceptualising the resort all efforts are made to avoid use of chemicals, synthetics and toxic items. Locally available natural material like local stones, lime, mud, hay is used in construction of the resort. In the mud houses the elements of ‘PANCHGAVYA’ are used so that the place has high positive energy and resist harmful radiations as described in Hindu mythological books.
